Hieeeeeeeeeee

Yo Its Ah Yu here everyone.Pls keep the blog alive!!!Now i'll try to post wadever can help the class.

Sry for so many of those "!".I'm just too bored and excited for school.I wan see everyone again...
WARNING:This is a long post as u can see.Haha
Sch holidays are going to be over soon.On Facebook,we are doing a countdown to sch on amirul's status.Ok,remember to do all those hw on Eblaze and collect the recycled papers over the holidays : D Meanwhile be cheerful too.For those who are bored during holidays like me,cheer up.Maybe rest a while,listen to music,read books or even learn sign language on the internet.Who knows,u might nid it someday.For those hu love holidays cos u can play games etc,cheer up too.The holidays may be over but at least u can eat the yummy food in sch again.We all can see our friends and friendly teachers again.We can enjoy air con and will learn home economics already.Imagine all the things you can do when u go back to sch again.
Mmmmm....I miss my CCA and the sch cup milo.The noodles also...Yum...i can even remember the taste.So nice...Haha such a big appetite i have.I now even eat two ppl's share for dinner.Or i will just eat continuously.So when i get back to sch pls help me see if i got grow or not.I can't seem to get taller or fatter.its not really good being too thin also.Believe me.I can't even donate blood cos i'm not yet even 40kg.the requirement is at least 45-55kg.Haiz...nvm.opps sry got carried away.now back to sch topics.
Remember to revise the topics we have learnt this year.You would not want to be lagging behind others in studies.Finish the homework too.
Sleeping problems:if u have insomnia,try this method.
1)Sleep at around 8-9pm.Have dinner early too.Let the food digest for some time.Have a little hot drink like hot chocalate or hot milo and go to bed.breathe in and out deeply and relax too.
2)b4 lying on ur bed,make sure the pillow is nice and soft blankets keep u warm too and keep ur room smelling nice.Set the alarm clock to 6-7am too and put it in a drawer or on a shelf in ur room.set multiple alarms with loud sounds.so that u can still hear them.Try to put it on a high shelf so that u will have to get up from the bed and walk all the way and climb onto a chair or something to switch off the alarm.U can ask a family member living with u to wake u up early in the morning too.
3)Repeat it for a few more days and u may find it easy to sleep.Dun be late on the 1st day of sch.Pack ur bag,fix up ur uniform,dun have messy hairstyles,no miniskirts and crumpled shirts.

Girls' saviour Yu Ting aka Ah Yu to the rescue:
Skin problems:AH!Stupid pimple.How to meet my bf this way?Haha that was an example.Girls may have this problem.Here's a solution
1)Go and jog around the stadium or park for 10-30 mins everyday.When u are done,go to the washroom and  wash ur hands with soap.Wash correctly hor.once done,wash off all the sweat on ur face with only water.wipe clean after that.Go home take a nice shower and apply some aloe vera gel made from pure aloe vera on ur face.dun use too much.a thin layer will do.keep hair off ur face.just apply onto the pimply or oily areas and the forehead hor.
2)do it everyday and u may see results.thats the best solution i can give.remember to wash ur face everyday too.dun use too much facial wash.just use water.if u really wan use facial wash to feel safer then use weekly or monthly.
Weight problems:I know some have been eating lots over the holidays(like me xD).Dun wan to look fat then here's a solution
1)Continue eating.If air or water is affecting the tummy to look big then its not really a problem...If u stop eating u may suffer from gastric pains or anorexia.then land up in hospital...so DUN do that.
2)Exercise...thats the best way.u can run also.haha train for next year's cross country.
3)dun eat too much fried food.if u really love them then maybe once a week will do.Maybe rice/porridge is the best food to eat.but dun eat to much.just eat maybe 1 bowl.if u are still hungry then drink a hot drink.it helps the stomach feel better too.
BO problems:In this hot weather of cos we would sweat.Take showers regularly and u may wan to wash the lower part of ur body every morning when u go and brush ur teeth etc.
Puberty problems,(Guys pls dun read this section cos i know u dun have these problemsthis only girls section so shoo)
Stomach cramps:Dun eat food that have a cooling effect during ur erm...u know....that ahem ahem that comes monthly.Dun emo too...i know its very yuck and troublesome during that ahem ahem but just bear with it...dun get PMS hor.Must stay cheerful : D Got any problems can come to me cos i'm ms tay counsellor(MTC) : D
Ok i knows it very digusting now that i come to this puberty topics thing but....trying to help u girls kay?Haha
Stomach cramps are all i know about that ahem ahem.If got anything wan ask me,ask ur mom or grandmother.i'm sure they got more experience than me.If they dunno.same thing...dun ask me...ask a doctor.
